What are the best aspects of this product?

I like this program storage facility and reporting for contracts. I set up fields for the data to be recorded in the form as soon as the details of the contract are entered. It reminds me when the contract is coming to an end and I can ask for feedback and provide it to the suppliers. It is so flexible solution that onc eyou enter the reporting dashboard you can record all live contracts with the information from the form.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that there is no connection between tasks and documents in the projects for contract management and PM. In addition, I don’t like that the templates that are assigned to a task have to be downloaded, completed and then re-uploaded and this can be really frustrating especially when working with deadlines.

Our business “problems” are often related to engaging consultants to assist wiuth wide variety of business topics, strategy, assurance, controls testing and regulation.
