What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Ariba combines lot of features like purchasing, accounts payments, travel and time sheets, vendor maintenance needs and others in one single place. I often use quick links which are extremely convenient and I like that it keeps history of every step I take. In addtion, its search engine is thorough and useful as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can be slow from time to time and I don’t like that it might log me out in the middle of work, even though it saves what I’m doing but it can be really frustrating to log in all the time.

It is great tool for purchasing, vendor maintenance needs, travel and time management and accounts payments modules.
