What are the best aspects of this product?
I like Ariba interface because it’s easy to navigate and the inline help system is a wonderful addition when it comes to assisting global users. In addition, it offers great flexibility within the wokflows and customer is the one who defines the rules of engagement. Its support team is second to none, they will work along with you so they can help you to solve the problems or misunderstnadings you’re dealing with.

It can be really frustrating when the system runs slowly.

It provides PO’s and fliping them to invoices makes the chasing thing of the past times. It helps us to better understand how things are going around.
