What are the best aspects of this product?

A convenient tool that doesn’t stumble on too many errors. It helps with making requests, invoicing, and tracking process history. It also helps in creating reports, analyzing purchases, and determining the cost of Purchase Orders. Say, it helps me make requests conveniently, notifies when a request is approved, as well as it displays the Purchase Order number accordingly. Then, it helps us relay such PO info to suppliers properly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has some inconvenient problems such as the short idle time before auto-logout, and it often leads to login errors that push me to reopen my browser. Also, it doesn’t generate links to request forms, which means my employees need to scour through the platform and look for the right item. This impedes our workflow when handling requests.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us conveniently create requests for items we need. It’s also great in creating invoices and reports.
