What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that this program is fully integrated, most of all, it is easy to set up and highly intuitive solution for growing businesses and medium sized businesses. It has great set of features and capabilities and wonderful analytic tools for managing purchasing, inventory management, production, CRM, sales, Finance, Service management, analytics and banking. Also, it supports lot of languages and currencies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have heard some complaints that it’s bit expensive tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SAP is great platform that helps its customer to develop business blueprint when a project is kicked off. The blueprint can be optimized and configured by SAP Business One while in the process. It is great tool for improving data quality and to make better decisions in a timely manner.
