What are the best aspects of this product?
Versatility - Completely customizable
Audit Trail - FDA & GAAP compliant
Usability - User friendly, each user can customize their own work space
Robust - Everything from CRM for Sales, Segmented COA or Dimensions reporting for simpler accounting, MRP, Forecasting, includes Crystal Reports for dynamic reporting and print layouts, Warehouses with Bin locations, Batch or Serial number capabilities, etc… it goes on and on.
Versatility – Did I mention that it’s completely customizable?
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
More out of the box dashboard widgets would be a nice to have
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Project Management.... wait, that's coming in the next version. ETA 2018 Q1
