What are the best aspects of this product?

I learned how to use SAP Business One without any technical issues when I click on the modules. It's also very easy to upload excel files, generate documents, and edit reports, with data that is synced up on mobile. It's also a fit for small businesses because it's affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Security access needs more improvement, otherwise, anyone can just access the data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to track data on our entire workflow, so we can predict cost and gain insight on our analytics, which all managers have access to.
