What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about this system is the fact that is easy to use. I easily figured out how this software functions and I didn’t have previus knowledge with this type of the software. It helps us to keep track of everything without complicating the process. We can easily go back and follow up past transactions and customer information. Also, it provides great and useful reports that are helpful for our management department when it comes to budgeting and daily operations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be slow from time to time and it rewuires updates if you want to use some of its features. Also, there is no way to edit things.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to keep track of samples we’ve made. Also, it helps us to solve problems within lot of areas of our business like accounting, management, finance, inventory, sales, shipping and marketing. We reduce paperwork and we can search through SAP so we can find what we need.
