What are the best aspects of this product?

If you are looking for a dependable and lasting business partner, then consider investing in SAP CRM so you can fully utilize its features to improve your company’s processes. What I like best about this application is its flexibility and adaptability since it works best with any other type of 3rd party software available in the market. I always look forward to system upgrades because it becomes faster and more efficient. With CRM, I am confident that we can gain and retain more clients and help us find ways to remain competitive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nowadays, there are so many business tools that are readily available in the market that can cater to all types of enterprises. Because of the competition, SAP CRM should work harder to step up their game for them to be number one in the industry. The subscription rates are quite costly, that will make a small-mid scale business owner think twice about availing. Also, they need to work on improving their UI by making it more user friendly. Most employees, without any experience using SAP, need more training to familiarize themselves with the system, which can be costly for most companies.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company caters to different client needs. SAP CRM is always there to help us make significant changes to each project and make sure that the implementation process runs smoothly. SAP CRM does a fantastic job of supporting our clients by providing them with the essentials to sell better and market their products to a much bigger consumer group. Most of our clients lack the experience to succeed, and we can make this happen through SAP CRM. From database management, customer service, reporting, forecasting, and marketing, SAP CRM will always have your back.
