PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It makes everything look simple when you are using this CRM software. Since we use the business warehouse and ERP systems, we can easily integrate them with this tool for efficiency. It presents an attractive atmosphere on which you can do business with ease. We have stations in different locations and countries which makes our set up complex. Luckily, with the help of this product, we can manage data with the utmost efficiency in those remote locations which is a plus on our part. In short, the SAP CRM tool has made our work easier in terms of managing data among other functionalities it brings with it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has everything we need to manage the sales data in our system. However, it can prove to be a difficult product especially for new users. It has a learning curve which brings the need to train new staff members if you want them to use it. With me, I did not experience this problem but with most of our sales team, this was a tough mountain to climb. The bigger problem was with when you wanted to make changes into the system. Its complex functionalities were difficult to master within a short period and thus new users took a lot of time to learn and navigate around the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With the SAP CRM, we are able to handle all data that relates to our sales and customer management. We can clearly use that data to create pipeline for our sales efforts and manage leads until they order. This form of functionality the tool brings helps us become more productive and successful in our objective. Before we adopted this product into our business, our sales and marketing efforts we all over and in a mess. Luckily, we can now reap the benefits that come with this as we have better control of our campaigns which is evident from the figures we get in our revenue.
