What are the best aspects of this product?

It has a powerful reporting functionality for any type of data you gather in your system. The user interface is simple for any user to get by and explore the features in the product. When it comes to integration, it is compatible with the BW and ERP and thus helpful on our side. The features are seamless which gives us a better user experience when using this product. You can manage all data and analyze it with ease under the same roof. For the reporting feature, it has charts and graphs to help you interpret the results of analysis better for reliable decision making.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For the client and data management functionalities, the tool was seamless. It did not have any major problems on that part. However, integration with outlook was not that intuitive. There were glitches in this functionality which was frustrating to begin with. It is a good thing that it is mobile friendly and cloud based, however the slow nature of this product for both of the cases did not go well with us. It would be better if it could be faster when running it on mobile devices or in its cloud based form. All in all, we are happy with what it has to offer for our business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to keep track of all the activities that were going on in our business. When it comes to analyzing an opportunity or clients, this tool was seamless. It took care of all the data as we could record it in real time and analyze it for ease of decision making. Before we had SAP CRM for our business processes, we used excel spreadsheets to collect and analyze data. Luckily, with this product, we are able to automate the process and analyze data faster and with the utmost accuracy. We are able to manage, keep track of our clients and analyze the market thanks to SAP CRM.
