What are the best aspects of this product?
It's an app that promotes efficiency in the workplace. One of its specialties is data management. It makes it easier to keep and track customer records using just one single tool. If something goes wrong on a specific customer transaction, it's easy to trace, investigate, and solve the issue.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One of the biggest frustrations that I’ve experienced as an end-user is the slow speed of SAP CRM. It’s known for lagging and crashing at certain times, which makes it unreliable in some ways. It would also be great if they can find a way to simplify some processes. Allow us to copy and paste the information rather than capture screenshots or manually type the information, which is relatively time-consuming.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Using SAP CRM makes every business way ahead of its competitors. It's also capable of retaining different customer information from account details, call history, pending orders and so much more thus making it easier to solve issues and increase customer satisfaction.
