What are the best aspects of this product?

It is the utmost solution when you want to manage multiple units in your business or company. This is due to the fact that it allows for multiple add-ins and thus you can install them into your system depending on your business needs. It is highly customizable when you want to create tailored reports. Since I am in the finance industry, I can utilize this tool when coming up with such reports. The sub ledger capture feature is ideal when I want to track revenue and expenses for my business. In short, it makes my work easier and less time consuming.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The whole process of finding your way around the tool can be an outdated one and the experience is not user friendly. The appearance of the user interface is not what you would expect for a modern tool such as the SAP CRM. Despite it being exceptionally great in terms of managing data and analysis, there are few obstacles you have to deal with before you get to the good stuff. To understand how each feature works or how to use it, you will need guidance every step of the way or else you will get lost on the way.

We have managed to take great control of our everyday accounting thanks to SAP CRM. Everything has become seamless as you will find all you need to do your accounting on this tool. Be it managing the payables, receivables or creating the financial reports or our business, it comes out to help out. The budgeting aspect of your business is taken care of y this product. It helps you to pull up the actual figures and come up with the forecast figures, through analysis, with the help of SAP for your budgeting needs. On top of that, you can use it in other business units you may have to extend its service delivery to your entire business.
