Despite it being an end to end solution for your business needs, it features are too complicated for my understanding. It solves multiple problems and you have to hack all these solutions within a short period. This makes the learning curve steep which can be frustrating. Even when you think you have everything under control, you reach a point where you get stuck. I would wish for the interface to be simple and have an organized way through which each feature solves a particular problem. This would help you to learn how to use the product by way of what each feature does which would be simpler.

It helps to solve all data problems especially those of our customers. We receive a lot of information or data concerning our customers. It may be their feedback or queries where we can collect all that in real time. Apart from data collection, we can store and track the activities and how customers interact with our business.
