What are the best aspects of this product?

It has made it possible for us to track orders from the time they are made to when a customer makes payment. We use SAP CRM to handle all data that takes place in the entire process of transaction. With such a tool, we can integrate it with our already deployed systems to help us track data in the right manner. As a result, eliminate repetition of data and speed up the transaction process. Customers are thus able to get what they want faster as the product is accurate and fast in processing of data. With this tool, it is easy to understand the data you have collected or recorded after analysis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We found the whole process of account planning tiring and time consuming. When it came to promotions, this tool offers individual plans for our customers. This means that you have to come up with one for each customer or group of customers depending on what they are looking for. This proved to be a lot of work on our part or on the part of the account manager. It would be better if they provided a plan that caters for all customers instead of individual needs. This would save a lot of time and take much pressure from us. Despite all this, we love what this tool has to offer.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to solve multiple problems thanks to SAP CRM. When it comes to account planning, this tool has allowed us to create a front end system that allows us to speed up the process. Since we are in the hospitality industry, service delivery is key if you want to succeed. With the integration of the SAP CRM with our systems, we can manage data and analyze it into easily interpretable data for our business. This in the end allows us to be efficient in terms of decision making. SAP CRM has helped us complete huge milestones that could not achieve before.
