We have been able to experience a sense of reliability in using this product. Apart from it being highly customizable, it is a powerful tool. It brings the needed efficiency n terms of how we handle our customers and the live data. We can track all the activities of our customers on our site which helps us to serve them better. For future growth, we can use the SAP CRM product to pull up historical data for ease of decision making. This tool helps to analyze the trend in that data we have collected which will help s forecast on what to expect in future.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are problems that need addressing in any software application. SAP CRM has the same feel when you use it. There are few glitches that can be improved by the development team. For example, it is not intuitive. New users find it difficult or complex to use as the features are not user friendly. You will require a lot of assistance from the account managers if you want to hack all the functionalities of this tool. To make the best use of it, you will need to take time to navigate each hurdle. Most SAP tools are simple to use unlike this one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Everything to do with sales and ho to improve on customer support is taken care of by the SAP CRM. Initially, we had the problem of delay in the response to customer issues and we could not be efficient in planning for sales strategies to execute. Luckily, with this product, we know better on which strategy to employ as we have the data we need to analyze and decide on a strategy that works. We are thus able to track all the interactions the customers have with our business and monitor the sales patterns and figures. In so doing, we can detect a problem early and take measures into solving that issue with either our customers or the sales strategies we use.
