What are the best aspects of this product?

In our sales and marketing efforts, we depend on SAP CRM to help us manage all that. It helps us to track and manage leads at all levels until they become customers. With this CRM tool, it is possible to know how customers or prospects interact with our company so that we can find better ways to improve customer service or engagement for improved sales. The SAP CRM product improves visibility of our business operations as we can detect a problem with ease through the technical support and thus attract more customers on our end. In the process, we can know which campaign works and direct resources there for better results. In the end, we get to save on the cost of customer service and marketing in general.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is much to like about the SAP CRM tool. However, in a less similar capacity, there are few things which can be off about this product. It focuses more on the end user development which gives room for error. Most end users are not skilled or do not have adequate knowledge which about low quality standards as a result. With the speed that comes with the end user development in this tool, there are high chances that you will make errors that will translate to the low quality of the outcome. It would be better if it did not focus more on the end user development as this would eliminate most of those errors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has brought new and better ways to manage data and different business processes with ease. The reporting aspect allows us to collect, store and analyze sales and client data for energy and care products which in turn helps us to forecast on the same. This equips us with the right knowledge and decision on the campaign to launch in order to get specific results. Since we started using SAP CRM we have become more efficient as we have since migrated from the legacy systems. It is a huge boost to our reporting and data management operations which is bliss.
