What are the best aspects of this product?
We were looking for a software product that can cater to most of our business functions. It was fortunate that we found out more about SAP CRM. I was initially impressed with its user interface, which for me, is smart and intuitive. This platform can integrate with other programs such as business warehouse and enterprise planning, which are essential aspects of our day to day operations. We also appreciate its capability to produce sales and performance reports, trend analysis and improve our marketing strategy to generate more revenue.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’ve seen a massive jump in our sales figures ever since we shifted to SAP CRM. The performance has been impressive to the point that we had to cater to more clients in the last two quarters. However, this application needs to work on its integration process with outlook expression, which requires more improvement from a personal standpoint. Also, they should look into improving their mobile services to increase user engagement.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This program caters to the needs of the majority of medium to large scale businesses all across the globe. It’s a reliable tool in helping increase sales and calculate losses and formulate realistic action plans to ensure the success of an enterprise. Reports are delivered concisely. SAP CRM was able to simplify specific tasks and processes instead of doing it manually, which increases the chance of errors and losses. Also, SAP was able to help us find a way to improve our order taking system, which became more accessible and user friendly for everyone.
