What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using Fieldglass for a couple of years now and have even leveraged it beyond recruiting. When I turned to sales, Fieldglass helped me identify the best clients to target. This helped me get sure clients and focus my strategies and efforts on them. Fieldglass is also a great platform to build relationships with clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface looks old, thus unappealing, and can be sore when you're using other modern-looking apps. I also hope it has finally allowed the uploading of data in packs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Fieldglass is perfect for staffing and recruiting. I was able to find the perfect match for my clients base on the latter's required skills. It was also a great tool for contractual hiring.
