SAP Fieldglass Review

PROS: The biggest pro with this platform is that it can tailor invoices on a per-employee level than on a per-group basis.

CONS: It must focus on improving its mobile version for a more user-friendly experience.

PROS: I have been using Fieldglass for a couple of years now and have even leveraged it beyond recruiting. When I turned to sales, Fieldglass helped me identify the best clients to target. This helped me get sure clients and focus my strategies and efforts on them. Fieldglass is also a great platform to build relationships with clients.

CONS: The interface looks old, thus unappealing, and can be sore when you're using other modern-looking apps. I also hope it has finally allowed the uploading of data in packs.

PROS: It is user-friendly on both ends (employer and employee).

CONS: I have nothing bad to say about this service. It did nothing but good for our firm.

PROS: Recruiting work is a walk in the park with SAP Fieldglass. The interface is extremely easy to use.

CONS: We often experience bugs but we highly appreciate that customer service quickly resolves these issues.

PROS: SAP is indeed a one-stop-shop platform for all your staffing and employee management needs. It immensely helps in carrying out recruiting tasks more efficiently, and the system works smoothly in all stages.

CONS: Fieldglass is perfect in every sense of the word.

PROS: Fieldglass is an impressively robust platform that allows you to perform all workforce management tasks through a single interface. We can generate live reports on workers' hours, which, in turn, helps us draw up a more accurate pay computation. More importantly, it enables us to issues payments on time. Workforce management in Fieldglass is also seamless.

CONS: The interface can be clunky at times but these do not warrant moving to another platform.

PROS: Navigating and utilizing Fieldglass is easy breezy. We can also get live insights on our profile and records.

CONS: Fieldglass has never disappointed.

PROS: The entire SAP Fieldglass environment is easy to navigate, especially with its clean and user-friendly interface. Plus, you can even do so on mobile. So if you're rushing to log in on time, you don't have to go looking for a computer and just do so while you're out.

CONS: It still needs to be upgraded to recognize overtime and sync it with an employee's total payout for the month.

PROS: What immediately impressed me about Fieldglass is its very simple interface. None of us at work had to request for training as using it was very intuitive. An automated procedure for logging in and out, and monitoring your hours was extremely helpful as we could get almost real-time updates on our running salary.

CONS: We had an issue with renewing my start date on the system (I was hired on contract). It took a while before management and Fieldglass could resolve the problem. But hopefully, this doesn't happen again.

PROS: Fieldglass gets the staffing job much faster and in order. The importing and exporting of data is like a walk in the park.

CONS: It could be better if it could provide extract more detailed data on past transactions and processes, and give an overview of the most viewed reports.

PROS: With SAP Fieldglass, we didn't have to rely purely on office devices to log in and out. We could do these anywhere so it makes remote work possible.

CONS: They have to include a mode to allow breaks and vacation or sick leaves.

PROS: Fieldglass is a multifunctional tool that is surprisingly easy to use.

CONS: I have nothing negative to say about this platform.

PROS: Fieldglass can be tailored to satisfy our specific needs. This gives us the ability to leverage its features and still have control over customizing each in order to realize its benefits to the maximum.

CONS: More work needs to be done in order for Fieldglass to recognize new kinds of tasks as payable. Often, we would categorize one worker on a different working category which often helps as long as they have equal pay. But this is a band-aid solution as it doesn't recognize other miscellaneous payments among different jobs.

PROS: Fieldglass' primary benefit is its easy-to-use interface. From there, we can maximize its functions and have control over them with little to zero help from IT.

CONS: An onboarding process could further lessen the time it takes to learn the software but this is a minor issue really.
