What are the best aspects of this product?

With SAP Fieldglass, we didn't have to rely purely on office devices to log in and out. We could do these anywhere so it makes remote work possible.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have to include a mode to allow breaks and vacation or sick leaves.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The efficient timekeeping from SAP Fieldglass' automation is the biggest benefit we are realizing, coming off from manual processes.
