What are the best aspects of this product?

Fieldglass can be tailored to satisfy our specific needs. This gives us the ability to leverage its features and still have control over customizing each in order to realize its benefits to the maximum.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More work needs to be done in order for Fieldglass to recognize new kinds of tasks as payable. Often, we would categorize one worker on a different working category which often helps as long as they have equal pay. But this is a band-aid solution as it doesn't recognize other miscellaneous payments among different jobs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are actually really glad about how its customer support representatives have accommodated our concerns. However, the problem is really in the software. The lack of a concrete solution to the miscellaneous billing is a really big issue that makes us consider moving out of Fieldglass.
