What are the best aspects of this product?
The entire SAP Fieldglass environment is easy to navigate, especially with its clean and user-friendly interface. Plus, you can even do so on mobile. So if you're rushing to log in on time, you don't have to go looking for a computer and just do so while you're out.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It still needs to be upgraded to recognize overtime and sync it with an employee's total payout for the month.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
SAP Fieldglass significantly reduced the time we used to allot on approving time records, computing payout based on these records, and disbursement of payments, whether for regulars or contractual.
