PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a very cheap POS compared to other in the market. I would recommend it if you are a very low turnover and you are managing one or two branches.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They refuse to integrated with 3 rd parties for ordering, loyalty, engagement solutions because they already have their owns products which are very limited in terms of features.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

To have some integrations with more advanced loyalty and online ordering solutions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When we started, our cost was a major factor. Having Sapaad was useful. Now that we have grown, we have stopped and change to a more efficient POS.
