What are the best aspects of this product?
Best aspect is the simplicity, flexibility and reporting .It is a great program for our accounting and payroll purposes. I can't say much about accounting as I use the payroll HR module predominantly. The system is really user friendly. It has lots of options, friendly and knowledgeable support team, the system has real potential to grow with our company. Excellent reporting facility makes it easy on reporting any transactions. I love the point that I can report on just about anything I need to get out of our Sapphire datafile.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing I can think of at this moment.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would love to see more integration with social media for HR recruiting.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
In our previous software we could not batch email our Payslip. With SapphireOne, it is one click solution to email all our Payslips to all our employees. Our previous software is not yet Single Touch Payroll (STP) compliant but SapphireOne is.

we are very happy with the change, and particularly happy with single touch payroll (STP), activity statement and the tax file declaration (TFN)
