What are the best aspects of this product?

What you see is what you get, there are no surprises. It is convenient and robust solution, great for managing inventory. System updates with requirements regularly and known issues are constantly being addressed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You will not get lost in the crowd when dealing with customer support. They will help you with all your requirements and address any issue you may have. That's why nothing negative to say at the moment, this system is everything we hoped it would be.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It is a robust ERP accounting software system. It has all the functionality we need to manage our inventory and warehouse. The are many functions available that we have not even used yet, but we are always moving forward with SapphireOne. We are expecting product improvements such as better performance, speed, scalability, security and the ability to generate more user- friendly reports in SapphireOne Version 17 release.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Due to its modular design, there is a huge degree of flexibility built in and the potential for customization. In our accessories business we needed two very different costing and inventory models, but with SapphireOne and some modifications to handle our specific situation, we can now handle both concurrently.
