Offers many platforms for testing

What are the best aspects of this product?

Sauce labs offers many platforms for running tests, and support for all great frameworks and it works great with Jenkins. I love its flexibility because it can be used in many ways. It has dedicated UX team and they really care of their customer’s experience and they do everything to improve themselves, their engineers are very responsive and knowledgeable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that when their infrastructure code is updated no one gets notification about the update. So, I don’t update anything and I face some breaking issues or test failures. So I have to figure out what’s going on and what went wrong and where, this is time wasting process and I end up with sending customer support ticket to the Sauce Labs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are an e-commerce company and we make sure that the areas of our site is working 24/7 especially areas where our customers spent more time. And it is a fact that if any part of the site is down we can lose potential purchases and potential customers. With this software in 15minutes we are able to check each area of the site, without worrying about QA or engineering. This is the most important tool in our development process.
