CONS: Certain fields appear a little clunky. I feel it could be how we're able to set the form up. We have a big campus that requires such service.

PROS: This software is fantastic! It lets multiple people make events. More than person can manage activation to curb any rooms from being overbooked. It's nice to know this.
CONS: It's nice to include more than one date. You also have the luxury to cancel a date without automatically cancelling all dates. It would've been great if there's a program that would really put all events as single dates. And it'd be nice if more than one date can be added at once.

PROS: The tabs are simple to view. In making a request for maintenance/supplies, it's simple enough to click on the the necessary tab as they're all situated on the primary page. Necessary boxes are given and they entail certain questions. The program's supply has been a big help since it offers a list of supplies currently available.
CONS: The site appears to be a bit old. It's not really pleasing to look at. While certain information is saved from recent requests, some of the general information isn't saved. It needs to be re-entered each time. It would've been great for the room location to save it.

PROS: Schooldude is a software intended for my pre-k use. It helps put in directions/requests for the maintenance staff. This is helpful in moving furniture, arrange a specialized cleaning for a room or acquire help with job that entails additional hands. The staff can see such requests and can have a scalable timeline from their boss in filling such requests.
CONS: Personally, Schooldude can be a bit confusing. This is because of its log-ins. I feel the company isn't to blame. Rather, it's from the school's end. At times it could be network outages or simply a matter of struggling to remember a password that makes it difficult to log in the system.

PROS: My Pre-K enjoys using School Dude because it makes work incredibly easy: we organize requests and maintenance directions for our personnel, appoint people and activities for the cleaning of specific rooms, and we've expereinced some realtime 'musclepower' by their support team. The requests are visible for every evemployee, and the best part is that they have enough time to fill them in. The overall result is that job is done quickly, and everybody is satisifed because he/she doesn't perform tasks out of the scope of their work. This shows that we use School Dude for maintenance, but I've seen it respond marvelously to technical needs too.
CONS: I find the log-ins a bit confusing, but I think that our school has the fault for that. As usual, network outages, and changing passwords and remembering the new ones is somehow eshausting. I would like to see technology requests included, but again, I think it is the school that needs to deal with similar questions.

PROS: SchoolDude is the definition of speed and efficiency! There are so many options one could get lost in it, and it is perfect for storing tickets instead of making you submit them over and over again. There are clear and detailed lists of hardware and software, which helps us find the one that needs to be fixed in no time. I didn't expect this from a school management system, but it was a very pleasant surprise. I almost forgot: being able to print the tickets on spot is just adorable, now no one can get away with the excuse that they didn't receive them!
CONS: The website itself is fantastic, but there is a problem with individual respoding to requests. It think this one is too slow, and if the computer happens to go down, you need to re-enter the request from another one (and hope that the one you've been entering won't be sent as a scam request). Storage is a great option, but only if you're 100% sure it is safe, and I'm not.

PROS: What more could I wish for when I have the best webinar tool that gives me tips and directions? Even when you know nothing about elearning, the tool guides you towards the best solution, and it helps you select and adopt only elements that you really need. In case you get stuck again, you can chat with their online customer support, and ask them to solve your problem without loosing time on calls and explanations.
CONS: Since I already made it clear that I had problems, let me explain what they were about. The tool is very functional, no doubt about that, but it looks a bit disorganized and difficult to get through. This counts especially for toolbars and statistics, they should be much more helpful and organized.
