What are the best aspects of this product?

It provides a quick and easy way to plug any analytics tool into any JavaScript application. The people in my company has different application preferences, but with segment everybody's happy. They still get to use their preferred applications while enjoying greater capabilities it provides.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The analytics.js doesn't work with react native. There is also no easy way to filter events from segment's UI. If you want certain events to only go to certain sources, you need to implement that in your code.
