What are the best aspects of this product?

Segment has a lot of impressive features. I like the debug console feature because it allows me to access, review, control, and correct errors on my data in real-time. Analytics.js is another feature of this platform that I like. It helps eliminate the errors in the flow of data by eliminating duplicate codes and feeding the same event to all your analytical platforms.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We had some trouble debugging errors concerning custom events. There were some errors with the documentation feature as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Segment simplifies the processes one has to go through when dealing with advanced analytics. With this centralized hub, sending information to multiple platforms at the same time is easy.
