PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are multiple things that I really like about this platform, but I think the one that I really appreciate the most is how it automates the management of item quantities that are in low supply, and it does this across numerous marketplaces either, not just one. It's really been invaluable, helping us to avoid shortages while we work to bring supply back up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really think the vendor could be more flexible when it comes to subscription levels. I know there are already a number of them available, but I find that some of those levels would require the business to adjust and compromise to fit into what Sellbrite can do. I think it's restrictive and shuts off other business models from using their product in a really effective manner. If they improve their subscription models, I'm pretty sure they're going to have even more happy customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've found this tool to be really helpful when it comes to automating the management of numerous marketplaces. I don't think that's anything to scoff at, and it has really helped me to stay on top of things even when handling multiple issues.
