PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It does what it says it will -- manage the day to day of our business. I really like how the tool can be used on multiple sales channels, and how it has made my job easier since I can use it to create listings, update inventory, and even ship out orders.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer service helped us in getting it up and running, but I really shouldn't have to go to them just to implement this tool. If they improve on this in further versions, I think it will really level up the service it provides.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One area where this tool has been a really big help is in updating. It's a really big deal that I only need to update inventory once and it can be implemented across different channels. I also find it really conveninet that I can create a number of listings for multiple channels from just one place. This tool also allowed me to pay using a credit card for shipping as well as compare the rates of different carriers, making the whole process even more efficient.
