What are the best aspects of this product?
So far, Sellbrite is the best multi-channel e-commerce platform we've ever encountered. It has a clean user interface, intuitive layout, snappy interface, and they walk the talk. Indeed, this software is a "simplified multi-channel selling" solution. But what's really amazing is the quality of their customer support. Whenever I reach out to the team looking for a solution to my concern or answer to my questions, they always send a response within the day I send them a message. I also love how genuine they are when they listen to their customers' feedbacks. I have requested for a number of features and they did grant it. They are constantly making the product better than before. On top of that, they always make their customers feel loved and appreciated.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The platform does not have bookkeeping integrations and "kitting" or "bundling" features. It will be amazing if they include these functionalities in the software. I also suggest that they implement a two-factor authentification. Don't get me wrong. I haven't encountered any security issues but I think the 2-factor authentication will make the platform security more robust.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We become more efficient in handling our business processes. In fact, I was able to add and manage new sales channels without hiring additional staff. And now we enjoy 70% YOY profit growth.
