What are the best aspects of this product?

We had our SKUs in order when we set up the system and it only took us 20 minutes to finish the whole process. When it comes to features, we love the user interface because it's super intuitive. I think it is also worth to mention the listing module. It's incredible! Generally, Sellbrite performs fairly well. On top of that, their customer service is amazing. We always receive an immediate response to our queries. They won't let you wait for too long.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not a disadvantage, but this platform cannot be used as an all-in-one solution YET. But it's great that they constantly update the product so hopefully, it would have everything we need sooner or later.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using another service provider but they fall short on what they said they can do so we decided to just use Sellbrite. It's a rush decision but so far the best one. The Sellbrite accommodated and gave us what we needed. Great customer support and amazing product that's really easy to use.
