What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm surprised I haven't encountered this platform before because it's given me all I can possibly ask for. I didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve when it came to implementation, and besides they had a great customer support agent on hand who was a really big help when I started using it. It also helped minimize costs since it could host pictures, so there was no need for us to get additional software or hosting services. It also helped us save money in other ways. The shipping fees for this one had the same bulk rates as other platforms, so there wasn't a big adjustment on our end when it came to budget. Their pricing structure which is based on sales is also great since they only charge you for the amount of resources that you're using.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be quite honest it has everything that I need. I can't think of anything to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It really streamlined our whole process. Before, I had to use separate programs for shipping, image hosting, etc. Now this is all I need and I'm really happy about it.
