Ideal app for basic email service

What are the best aspects of this product?

You can do all the hard work of setting up an email system or you can simply register for SendGrid and start sending emails quickly. It is an affordable product especially if you use it for general email service like us and not for marketing. I have no complaints as the system functions nicely. There are advanced features too like tracking bounced emails.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have any complaints as all the features seem to function nicely.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

SendGrid is ideal for my simple purpose which is to just send emails. It works fine and I don’t have to bother about technical aspects like setting up a local server or need to fiddle too much with the software.
