PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Unknown, they would not give me access. They ask you for your name, the name of your company, and a few other questions, then for some odd reason a message flashes on the screen that you have not been accepted by them. Once that happens, that's it there is no way to start and account, and support flatly denies that they know why.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In all my 50 years in business, this is the most unusual way to treat a potential customer that I have ever encountered. I don't think I could recommend this business to anyone!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

At very least, support should be able to answer my questions about why I was denied access, yet after writing numerous letters to legal counsel, support and sales. I was simply ignored.

Absolutely none. It was a headache from the beginning.
