What are the best aspects of this product?

We use SendGrid as SMTP provider for the emails of our external clients. Before we started using SendGrid, we faced problems such as blacklisting of our IP address, our emails being marked as spam, and delivery issues. We tried out many systems and SendGrid has emerged as the best of the lot. It is a mistake to maintain your own mail server because large volume email senders end up getting marked as spam senders. SendGrid offers a useful solution to all these problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The website design is confusing and it is hard to navigate the different pages. Apart from this glitch, there are no other major issues to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use SendGrid to automate all our transaction emails. The system saves us plenty of pain and time by helping us to easily manage our transaction emails.
