What are the best aspects of this product?

I am currently in the process of assigning users for SendGrid, and the system seems to be quite stable. The product is used by plenty of big corporations which is comforting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The documentation could be improved and the features could be explained more clearly. Some of the basic features are not easily accessible. For example, it is difficult to create a list and use a URL on a subscription form without coding knowledge. These actions are possible with a few competitor products, but since SendGrid is mainly a transactional emailing solution, we can’t complain too much.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company deals with delivery logistics. Since all companies use transactional emailing, using SendGrid is not such a big deal. But it is indeed an advantage to let SendGrid manage all aspects of transactional emailing which allows us to focus on important business tasks.
