PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

You can use both SendGrid’s simple features as well as its more robust functionalities. I just use the app to send transactional emails and the system makes it very easy to send white labeled emails.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There can be a few improvements. The activity field can offer more info. For example, it would be nice to see the content in the body of a delivered email and the links that a user clicks on. Plus, the templates could be made a lot better. The vendor can also add a CSS lining feature similar to MailChimp.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Previously I was using Postfix and the emails ended up in spam. SendGrid white labels all my emails which means recipients can get them in their inbox and they do not end up as spam.
