PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The highlight is the excellent API and HTTP integration. The nodeJS module is easy to use and integrates smoothly with other modules. We are using the HTTP, Python, and node APIs to integrate our main system, a hybrid mobile app, and a server process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only glitch is you need to inform an address and it takes some time for them to validate it. But this is the same with all products. Other than this minor issue, I have no complaints about the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use the login, password recovery, and transactional email features. After we started using the template maker feature, users have started interacting more often with us.
