PROS: I love how this tool thinks ahead for me. Not only am I able to find out if a keyword is great for organic or paid search simply by typing it, but the software also gives me similar options and their corresponding value, so I always have an alternative at hand. This makes it a great tool for doing research.

CONS: I think the tool could be more user-friendly. You don't get a helping hand or tips on how to best use the tool, and this is a real negative since I have been unable to use the tool at its fullest capacity. They should do something about making it less complicated for users. I have also found that compared to other tools, this one isn't as good for project planning and project organization.

PROS: I handle multiple accounts, so I love how easy it is to come up with and tracklists that are focused on a specific keyword. It's made my job easier.

CONS: While it works great, I do have to admit that as a software, it is a little bit out of date. Maybe consider upgrading it in future versions?

PROS: The feature that I appreciate is the Google location changer since it is helpful when it comes to local SEO. It has allowed me to tailor SEO campaigns around what the locality is interested in.

CONS: I've only been using the free version of this tool, and there is nothing about it that I have problems with. If it's this good as a free version, I expect the same from the paid version if I ever use it.

PROS: Finally, a solution that is actually dedicated to helping you get a leg up in your business. Their services are all client-centric, which I fully appreciate. Their pages are clean and easy to navigate in also. SERPs.com is truly remarkable.

CONS: I have nothing negative to say about this tool—it has everything that I need and more.

PROS: SERPs.com is the multi-taskers ultimate ally. It allows you to research effective keywords, scout the performance of your competitors, and even check out your SEO ranking—all without having to jump from one tab to the next. I’m such a loyal SERPs.com user that I would turn down an offer from a company if it does not use this tool. This is how vital this program is, trust me. This supports you in your campaigns and gives you the accurate feedback that you need.

CONS: I can’t think of any disadvantage in using this tool. I’ve been a long-time user and it has come a long way since it launched. The developers continue to improve it and I can’t wait to see what else is in store.

PROS: There are three things I like about this tool: the access it gives me to dashboards, how I can look at more than one account, as well as how easy it is to use. I didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve so I could start using the tool immediately.

CONS: I do wish it had support for Bing. They could also spruce up the user interface since it looks outdated.

PROS: If you're just starting to work on your site's SEO, this is a good tool to have. It's simple and user-friendly. Using it has helped keep me on top of many keywords. It has kept me aware of how well my SEO campaigns are working and allowed me to recalibrate if they are not.

CONS: While this is a good tool if you're in Europe or the US, I do have to point out that it doesn't support all countries. I guess that is the negative side to its simplicity. Maybe future versions will have support for countries outside of the US and Europe.

PROS: I like how there is a feature that allows me to make changes to my web pages -- such as their descriptions or title pages -- and then see how these changes affect the site's performance over time. It provides additional insight that helps out when coming up with SEO strategies.

CONS: Compared to the other similar software available, I do have to admit that the style and user interface looks outdated and not as visually pleasing. It's something they can improve on in future releases.

PROS: Nothing about this website worked. I entered my credit card info and they will not let me cancel my free trial. They will not answer emails, and their phone number is discontinued.
