Servant Keeper gives you great storage for your members and visitors' contact details. You can even keep tabs of their donations, which helps in budgeting work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can only search last names, which is not realistic because we come to know and remember people at church through their first names. It also requires a steep learning curve before you can get comfortable with the interface.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Servant Keeper is excellent in keeping a rich mailing list and complying easily with tax submissions. We can also tailor the features so that it perfectly fits our needs. Every day, we still learn new features and figure out how we could take advantage of them.
