What are the best aspects of this product?
Our first impression with Servant Keeper is that it was easy to use. We continued using it and we are very happy with how it has transformed our processes at church, especially on keeping records of participants and visitors. A big advantage is that it works on the cloud, so anyone of us from the internal team of the church can access files anywhere and even through mobile.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The need to create a lot of files for different aspects of the operations is quite time-consuming.
