What are the best aspects of this product?
Since it's cloud-based, it allows us to have remote access. It's also super helpful in our accounting because of its integration with Quickbooks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope they would give users better control of the inventory. I also hope they would provide fillable forms for our technicians and the managers' ability to use the phone to assign calls.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Accessing it regardless of our location has really been helpful!
