What are the best aspects of this product?
Service Fusion is allowing our business to do the following: (1) online and onsite billing; (2) onsite generation of invoices; (3) online collection of payment; and (4) tracking transactions. Our business is now more efficient because of these features.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We experienced some glitches. I also hope there would be an offline version to allow users to continue with the process even if we don't have access to a good connection.

Since this app made our team more efficient, it saved us time and, therefore, operational costs.
