PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The Service Channel Layout is straightforward to use. The Pro View feature provides full analytic data which is good. The information is formatted and downloadable for providing insights in vast custom reporting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not like the extensive formatting when I generate the issue lists because if you were not there in the set-up beginning, in most case you are going to get assistance from the Service Channel.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have lowered the Facility costs, which is a great advantage, because they were very difficult to do, taking lots of admin hours. It is very beneficial when managing nearly 3.8 mil sq. ft. portfolio which is set-up as a locations network all over USA.
