What are the best aspects of this product?

It keeps the repair and maintenance issues organized so client, business and contractors can meet together in a single format and page, getting information of what is going on every time is something that I like and I find it helpful. It is a great program with lots of options and helpful reports. I like the Notes features too, because I use that every day to make a contact with the vendors and stores, helping to record the information.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not like the Service channel App because it needs to be revised, becoming user-friendly and to access information straightforward. I prefer to skip the app and go directly to the website, because I find it easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

An issue is to see all vendors on board and follow process with IVR. GPS App is awesome, but it seems to have lots of problems that still need to be repaired.
