What are the best aspects of this product?
It is very simple for customers to leave feedback and we get way more feedback about service. Employees like that they get so many positive reviews. We like that we can customize rating attributes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I'd like to get text alerts but I know that's coming in a future release.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Text alerts and some additional reporting but these are things they are working on.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has really helped us to improve customer service. Customers that didn't provide feedback before with receipt surveys or other methods like Yelp now let us know ow how we are doing.
