What are the best aspects of this product?

I love everything about ServiceTitan, especially its dispatching tools and dashboard. Through automated text messages, customers can receive notifications regarding their appointments or service schedules.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

ServiceTitan lacks the ability to set time zones. Our business has customers with different time zones, and therefore requiring different times when delivering notifications to each.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ServiceTitan helps us in a lot of things, and our team loves it. The software made our daily operations smoother and better this time.
